Glass Cockpit Transition

1 and ½ Day G1000 Introduction Course

It has been said that the Glass Cockpit is the biggest thing to happen to general aviation since they’ took the wheel off the back of the airplane and placed it on the front’.   As with any technology or tool, it is only as good as the operator.

G1000

At Angel City Flyers, our G1000 course gives you the ‘behind the screen’s’ knowledge while our emphasis on scenario based training will give you the skills to master this truly amazing system.

Our FAA approved level 5 Flight Training Device allows you to benefit from the type of equipment normally reserved for airline and corporate pilots.   This allows us to train more effectively and efficiently to a greater level.

The course is tailored to each individual pilot and done on a one to one basis to ensure that the maximum benefit is derived by the pilot in training.

The G1000 Introduction Course comprises:

  1. G1000 System Architecture
